Our Attorneys

Stephen C. Sperry is a native of Austin, Minnesota, and graduated from William Mitchell College of Law in 1975 and was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Minnesota in 1975.  He is licensed to practice law in the Minnesota State Courts and in Federal District Court. Mr. Sperry has emphasis in the areas of estate planning, probate and real estate. He is a Real Property Law Specialist, Certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association, also, a licensed title insurance agent, and a licensed Abstracter.

Mr. Sperry is a past President of the Litchfield Watercade, and has served as a member of the board of directors of the Litchfield Kiwanis Club.  Mr. Sperry has also served as a volunteer referee and judge for the Litchfield Boxing Club and volunteer instructor for the Litchfield Youth Chess Club. 

Larry N. Jensen, originally from Atwater and later Spicer, Minnesota, graduated from Hamline University School of Law in 1978 and was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Minnesota in 1978.  He is licensed to practice law in the Minnesota State Courts and Federal District Court.  Mr. Jensen has emphasis in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death and workers’ compensation matters.  He is a member of the Minnesota Association of Justice, formerly known as the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association, and is on the panel of arbitrators with the American Arbitration Association hearing motor vehicle no-fault cases as an arbitrator.  He has handled hundreds of personal injury, wrongful death and  workers’ compensation claims over the years, having recovered millions of dollars in damages on behalf of the injured. 

Mr. Jensen is a long-time member of the Litchfield Lions Club, having served in numerous officer positions as a Lion.  Mr. Jensen has also served on various boards and committees through his church, and has served for many years as a board member and is the current Chairman of Meeker County Community Homes, Inc., is a long-term member of the board of directors of Western Minnesota Legal Services, and is a member of the Litchfield Housing and Rehabilitation Authority board.

Kim R. Keithahn is a native of Sleepy Eye, Minnesota, and graduated from William Mitchell College of Law in 1985.  Mr. Keithahn was licensed to practice law in California in 1990 and was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Minnesota in 1995.  He is licensed to practice law in the State Courts of Minnesota.  His primary areas of practice are family law and business law. 

Mr. Keithahn has been actively involved in community affairs as a member of the Dassel-Cokato Rotary Club and as a member of the Darwin Lions Club, having served in an officer capacity with both clubs.  Mr. Keithahn also serves as a mentor for students at Dassel-Cokato Schools.  He has also served for a number of years as an instructor in numerous parenting classes in Litchfield.  Mr. Keithahn has served as a member of the Board of Directors at both the Litchfield Golf Club and at the Cokato Golf Club.  Mr. Keithahn also served for a number of years as a coach of the Dassel-Cokato High School Mock Trial team.
